A Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) on 17 June 2012 for selection of personnel as Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee in the 19 Public Sector Banks.CLICK HERE to download Pre- Examination Training Call Letter for PO/ MT CWE exam.
The pre- examination training will be imparted to a limited number of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities at some centres viz. Agartala, Agra, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Aurangabad, Balasore, Bareilly, Behrampur (Ganjam), Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Dhanbad, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Gulbarga, Hubli, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Karnal, Kavaratti, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Muzaffarpur, Mysore, Nagpur, New Delhi, Panaji (Goa), Patiala, Patna, Port Blair, Puducherry, Pune, Raipur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Rohtak, Sambalpur, Shimla, Shillong, Siliguri, Thiruchirapalli, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijaywada and Vishakhapatnam.
IBPS will only provide free of cost training to minority candidates, however candidates should ensure that all expenses regarding travelling, boarding, lodging etc. will have to be borne by them for attending the pre- examination training programme at the designated Centres.
Candidates should note that merely attending Pre-Examination Training does not necessarily imply a candidate's right to be selected in any of the 19 participating Public Sector Banks.
